MWB Posted December 11, 2010 Share Posted December 11, 2010 i bought an hp wireless elite keyboard and mouse. they work off the same dongle. i installe the drivers, etc...but the keyboard works and the mouse doesn't. hp suppport tells me they can't find the part info and can't elp me. any ideas? every other mouse i hook to it works great. Besides, if the support can't find the model number then who knows wth is up with it. I suggest either exchanging it and trying a new one or just getting a different brand.
