Evidence that would have exonerated a husband of murder charges over his wife. He spent a quarter of a decade in prison because some asshole DA wanted to further his career.

 

He also has to pay out a whopping $500 and can never practice law again.

 

Please read this. This is what's up with our criminal courts in America right now. The so called defenders of law get away with slaps on the wrists while everyday citizens get the full force of the law.

That's incredibly screwed up. Pretty much made up a bull shit case and ruined a man and very likely his sons life.

I mean, how do you recompense someone for half their life? The DA should have faced bigger consequences.
