I visited my girlfriend in Washington D.C. for the weekend: I met her parents for the first time, saw baseball rookie phenom Stephen Strasburg pitch for the Nationals against the Mets, ate French & Thai food for the first time along with tons of other cuisine, visited typical tourist attractions (i.e. monuments, White House, etc.) as well as some other places (Georgetown was one of my favorite places to visit in DC), and watched fireworks on the National Mall all while spending time with my amazing girlfriend.
