Nick Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 There's not a whole lot the Northeast can do to prepare for a hurricane. Really, there's so many trees that are right over the power lines that taking the time to trim them all would take thousands to millions of dollars. They would rather take the chance of some areas not getting hit as hard and then do repairs of the areas that did get hit hard. It's a fucked up situation with storms up here.
