ThermoNukePanda
43 year old Junior Seau, a fantastic linebacker in his day, was just found dead inside his Oceanside, CA home. Reports are still coming out at this time, but it may be suicide. He is now the 8th member of the 1994 AFC Champion San Diego Chargers to have died. Yikes. Faperture
It's weird that he would have shot himself in the chest. Seems like most people would go for the head to make sure they die. Sad day.
PeeKnuckle
I'm seeing he was shot in the chest, while other news agencies report he was shot in the head. Same thing goes for who found him. Girlfriend and maid are both given on different sites.
jb410
He shot himself in the chest to preserve his brain. He was obviously dealing with depression and it might be football-related trauma. Most likely, his brain will be donated to science to reserach concussions. Dave Duerson did the same thing.Rest In Peace "Buddy Buddy", sorry we couldn't win you that superbowl Edit: Here's a touching video of him singing just 18 days ago
ThermoNukePanda
Definitely confirmed he shot himself in the chest. Talking with my wife about it, she said that if you know anatomy some shot yourself in the correct spot in the chest, it's very possible/probable you would die within seconds.I dunno, I still think the brain would register for a little while pain/etc. I mean the head can be detached from your body and it can still "see" for about 10-15 seconds ish.
