Kind of placeholder laws, where, until they get the regulation in place, they'll ban them from most public use.I know a guy in the video production class I go to (a 10 week class on Tuesdays at my local TV studio) who uses drones for photography/video, and he says that they can't really be used commercially or for profit, at least at present.
