The trademark which was filed on September 29th has Valve listed as the owner and describes the Half-Life 3 trademark as being, "video game software".
Fans of the Half-Life series have endured endless numbers of rumors including snapshots of what appeared to be an internal changelog from back in August mentioning the Source 2 engine that Half-Life 3 is rumored to be running on and documents that were found by Valvetime stating 791 new projects were underway at Valve including Half-Life 3.
Now if only we could finally get confirmation that the game is more than just rumor that would be fantastic.
