A representative for Microsoft confirmed the $59.99 price tag of Xbox One first party games to Polygon.
"I can confirm that Microsoft Studios games on Xbox One will be $59.99 (MSRP)," stated the representative to Polygon.
While Sony has yet to release the prices of what PS4 games will be selling for, Sony's CEO Jack Tretton hinted to CNBC back in February that they planned on selling games for $60.
"We're going to welcome free-to-play models, games from $.99 up to those $60 games," Tretton told CNBC.
Despite Sony not confirming their prices for PS4 first party or third party games, Amazon and Gamestop pre-orders have both Xbox One and PS4 first party games listed for $59.99.
