PS3 Gamers Not Getting Promised Saints Row: The Third Content

Sony CEO Jack Tretton made his Sony fanbase a huge promise that turns out might just be a big pile of poo.

Tretton made the announcement at this year's E3, regarding exclusive Saint's Row: The Third multiplayer content that only the PS3 was getting. He promised users that they would be receiving an "over the top exclusive mulitplayer game mode.". According to the fine fellows over at Joystiq both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions are the same and that there are no differences in either version. Joystiq did reach out to THQ and received a big fat, "no comment.".

Many websites are speculating that Tretton was speaking about Whored Mode, however the PC, Xbox 360, and the Playstation 3 all have this co-op mode.
