Japan has found a new a way to train employees working at the fast food chain McDonald's, making learning everyday life skills through trail and error and let's not forget common sense, a thing of the past.
Two Nintendo DS's are being given to every McDonald's in Japan nationwide to help train part time employees. Each DS is fitted with eSmart software that McDonald's is claiming will cut down the amount of time that it takes to train part time employees to 20 hours.
The eSmart software will show employees how to complete different kitchen duties including deep frying and how to speak with customers.
The DS training program will cost McDonald's $2.2 million dollars.
