During Namco Bandai's "Level up Dubai 2011" press conference, Namco announced that Soul Calibur V will be releasing in 2012 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The new story will take place 17 years after the events in Soul Calibur IV and the main character will be Patroclus who happens to be Sophitia's son.
