In an attempt to try and please the angry Mass Effect fans who went bananas after seeing how Commander Shepard's story ended, Bioware has announced that later this summer Mass Effect 3 will get Extended Cut DLC.
The content will be for free and will contain extending endings and Bioware promises further clarity in regards to the end of Shepard's story. Executive Producer Casey Hudson says, "We have reprioritised our post-launch development efforts to provide the fans who want more closure with even more context and clarity to the ending of the game, in a way that will feel more personalised for each player."
