EA Swings Banhammer Hitting Battlefield 3 Players

EA is started off the week the right way, by banning hundreds of cheaters, glitchers, and exploiters in Battlefield 3.

"This week we’ve banned hundreds of offending accounts and have stats-wiped accounts for exploiting (such as boosting)... (2 of More)", tweeted EA over Twitter. "We are working on banning as many people as we can as quickly as we can. We have a zero tolerance policy for cheating."

The bans come after the offending players discovered a glitch that allows a player using the engineer class to gain tens of thousands of points causing them to rank up extremely fast within one round.
