CVG recently interviewed Polish video game developer CD Projekt on their upcoming release The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings and the minds behind the game were not tight lipped when it came time to talk about the controversial sex scenes.
Marek Ziemak, lead level artist said that video games are evolving and are not just for "small children" anymore. He also said that this about creative freedom.
"We're using all the stuff that's being used by other authors and creators like writers or movie directors. It's not about delivering sex just to have sex in your game, it's about creative freedom and having the same opportunities and using the same weapons as all the other creative people."
The Witcher 2 is set for international release on the Xbox 360 on April 17th and the Playstation 3 on May 17th.
