Call of Duty Elite Available Now On Xbox 360

Even though this will do you absolutely no good until you physcially have a copy of Modern Warfare 3 inserted into your Xbox 360, Microsoft decided to allow you to download the free Call of Duty Elite service today via the Xbox Live Marketplace. Downloading the service and registering now will allow you to have a whopping two hours of double XP during the multiplayer.

The Elite service comes with your choosing of either a free account or a $49.99 a year pay to use account. Both accounts let you do things similar to Bungie.net's profile with career profiles, stat tracking, etc...however if you want to able to be eligible for prizes, monthly DLC, video uploads, and a tiny bit more then you will have to pony up and pay for the Elite service.

Call of Duty Elite will be fully usuable once Modern Warfare 3 launches on November 8th and for those of you that have been living under a rock or refuse to acknowledge anything Call of Duty, that happens to be tomorrow. Happy noobing everybody!
