Super frustrating. http://www.trademarkia.com/candy-85842584.html Apparently they flat out trademarked the word Candy, specifically pertaining to all Computer & Software Products & Electrical & Scientific Products , Clothing Products , Education and Entertainment Services. The filing was done last year but was recently approved for publication as of last week. I imagine their lawyers are going to start sending out a gratuitous amount of court notices.
