I've seen the entire chapter one of the game and it's another win for Rockstar. Voice acting is top-notch. The QTE/Bullet Time is implemented in a way that does not distract from the action. The story is as good as gta4. The cover system seems to be a slightly updated version of the one in gta4. Ran pretty well also. Just sucks they delayed the pc version for another 2 weeks after the console versions release on 5/15.
