Try enabling bloom or HDR and see if it helps. If that doesn't work try this: Open your console with the ~ key ( might have to enable the game developer console in game options first )Then enter this:"mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled" = "1"then"mat_monitorgamma_tv_exp" = "2.5" min. 1.000000 max. 4.000000You can adjust that second setting betwee 1 and 4 to see if you can get the brightness you need.
