I actually really liked it. The demo fails by putting the difficulty to Hard by default, so frustrated players may not give it a chance because they didn't find the difficulty settings in the options, but once you switch to normal and get the hang of it, it's actually pretty fun. I may get it. Are you, Chris? We could have Pirate vs. Ninja battles. I like the simple controls, and though some may not like it, I really love how the characters take realistic damage, and the battles can be won in only a few hits. It's reminds me of Bushido Blade, which was awesome. In Bushido Blade, most battles are won with a single, unparried hit though. If you rush with the ninja and do a XXYY combo you can pretty much win the battle with just that unless it's dodged or block. Ends the battle with a nice kick to the face. If you get it, I guess I may have more reason to. The achievements are awesome as well. Kill 300 Spartans, chop all the limbs off of the knight, and win with one arm as the knight. 300 and Monty Python and the Holy Grail ftw! I was watching Fatalshott rage to the game yesterday. lol

I never really had an interest in Puzzle Quest. When I tried the trial for the first one I was lured in by it's jRPG look, but turned off to it when it turned out to be matching colors and shapes or something. lol

This looks very neat. I have a lot of Arcade games and like getting good new ones (especially on Deal of the Week). I will most certainly use this, and recommend many of the games that I have. I kind of like how it has a retro Obox look, too. It looks somewhat like the Obox dashboard.

If you enjoyed Shadow Complex so much you will almost certainly enjoy Castlevania, as it has the same Metroid style gameplay. I'm pretty sure the game is bigger, too.

It is available right now if you want to start the download so it will download in the background (with the console off) and be done when you get home. Get MvC2 as well! lol

For 560 points ($7), yes I would recommend it. If you're a fan of Metroid style gameplay, a sidescrolling shooter with hidden collectibles, you'd probably like it. And the graphics are some of the best you'll see in an XBLA game.

They have to get rid of that surplus digital content somehow! I urge anyone who likes fighting games to get Marvel vs. Capcom 2, the game is awesome and totally worth 560 MS points, and it would be awesome to have more people to play it with.

So any idea when they will start releasing the first Dreamcast games, or when they might officially announce it with the prices of the games? E3?

Well I have a Wii, so I could play it if there's a GC version. Sweet, maybe once I've completed most of the games I'm currently playing I'll check it out, unless they release it on LIVE by then. May even get the first one to play again if it's reasonably priced (hopefully like 800 space bucks or less).

AWESOME! Sonic Adventure really was a sweet game. If the prices are good on the games, I may get some. I hope they have Sonic Adventure 2 eventually, I've never played it.

That is a very good selection of XBLA games right there. I might just get Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2. I almost did when it was in a Deal of the Week. And I highly recommend both Alien Hominid HD and Castle Crashers (the second more so, and you unlock the alien in CC if you have AH HD). They are both great games. N+ and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night are both really good as well. The four I mentioned are totally worth their respective M$ Space Buck prices there.

Well I did get something from this week's Deal of the Week, but it wasn't Serious Sam. I bought Worms 2: Armageddon. Pretty fun game for 400 MS space bucks, would be cool to have some people from Gamercide to do battle with.

Yeah 99 is the cap, they glitched or hacked. Honestly, after about 70 I myself used the boomerang exploit to level up a lot faster (since it goes SO slow at those high levels) You get XP for each hit, not kill, and the boomerang is super weak but hits a lot, so you throw it, block, and get a boss between you and the boomerang so it gets stuck on it when it tries to return, then start the level over when the boss dies. They patched it, but you can still do it if you clear your system cache and play offline to remove the patch. That's a pain though because 90% of the games you play after that will log you out of LIVE and force you to download their respective patches when you play them next.

I absolutely loved Castle Crashers. I actually played it so much that it's gotten boring lol, like it's just running around button mashing now that I've seen almost everything 100 times. I have all of the achievements, and I have a level 99 Blue Knight, so if you need anything blasted into icy bits, I'm your guy lol. I haven't played it in quite a while though, so maybe I'll mess around in it a bit sometime. I also have both DLCs, though I haven't really leveled the King or Necromancer past the point where I can see all of their spells.

Yeah I love that song and "Blow Me Away" by them as well. There were some sweet Halo music videos made with them I liked on Youtube a couple years back. Makes sense, as the instrumentals from Blow Me Away were used in one of the levels of Halo 2.
